4 year old Jack russel.

I have two questions: First off I'll tell you about my dog. His name is Mr. Bojangles and he is turning 4 years old in October :) He has always been a great little dog but because of what he is doing it is threatening to get him sold. My mom is getting very sick of his barking and peeing in the house :(. If I can't find a way to teach NOT to bark and pee in the house, he will be sold in no time :( :( :( :( So my first question is: How do I get my 4 year old Jack russel to stop barking? He barks at anyone new, that he has never seen before or when someone knocks on the door/rings doorbell ..etc. During the day he sits on the couch and looks out the window, whenever he sees someone Mr. Bo goes CRAZY! One thing we've tried is to move the couch but it did not work. Second question is: Is there anyway I can get Mr.Bojangles to STOP peeing and pooping in my house. My mother is getting very frustrated with it. He is ruining our oak wood floors and carpets. If there is something new in the house he HAS TO pee on it! Sometimes he even ruins it.(It's not that we don't let him outside enough. He will pee out side but when he comes in the house he'll tinkle in some places. The only way I've found to stop it was to take him for a walk 4-5 times a day. But in my family there is not enough spare time to do that. So if you could please get back to me ASAP because this depends on keeping my first dog! ( If you havent figured it out I'm 12 years old) I've had him since I was 8 years old and I would really like to keep him until he passes away.
