Laura I have a large garden tub and a walk in shower I have not still tryed it as of yet but it is coming in the next few days I will certainly let you know how it goes for him and I will baby him like crazy before and during his bathtime so I sure hope I will not have any problems at all and I do not mind getting wet because I do know that goes with it lol.I will keep you posted.
Thanks again

I would try getting him used to the sound of running water. Since you don't have a tub - maybe use a very shallow basin with a non slip mat in it. At first, you could just try putting him in there and then give him praise and treats. And work your way up to the bath in a few days (depending on his reaction to it). Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet :-) Let us know how it goes when you attempt it!

We have a 15 month old Jack Russell and he loves baths. We just put some water in the tub and then him. He gets a lot of them sometimes especially when it is muddy in the back yard after rain. He is covered from head to toe. We absolutely adore this little fellow. He is our baby. He was so wild when we first got him, but has settled down a lot. We love his play fullness and spunk and have so much fun with him. His puppy antics are adorable.

We bath Rod-Taang (The Tank) about every month and he loves it (almost falls asleep!) We put him in the tub with warm water running from a hand held shower wand and he relaxes right away. If you don't have a hand held shower wand it might be best to start bathing him in a tub (like a wash basin).
Also experiment by having the shower run while he is in the bathroom and maybe he will want to "play" in the water?
