Leash training
by: Anonymous

A friend of mine who is a dog trainer told me to try this..... rotate through these methods. When a dog starts pulling on a leash you can stop, back up or go a different direction. This keeps the dog on it's toes so it will be trained to follow your lead. It takes 2-3 weeks for the dog to get it so be patient. Don't tug on the leash while walking your Jack. It sends a confusing message. Also, obedience training will help with walking - if your Jack knows how to follow basic commands - you can use them for leash training.
