If your Jack ate one I wouldn't worry too much, they are not poisonous (though if there are some green parts there might be a slight bit). If it wasn't chewed properly it could cause some GI distress including extra pooping and smelly gas. It takes a few days for it to get out of your Jack's system. Our Jack ate one and we freaked out and the above advice is what our vet told us.
