Dwarf Dog???

My Shorty Jack Russell has very short front legs, his feet turn out and he resembles a dwarf... People ask me if he is a midget... do all shorties legs look like this? Should I be concerned?

I have 2 Jacks I have a shorty and I have a Long legged and I think the other person is right there are 2 type Jacks english and Irish Jacks the English has the longer legs and the Irish has the short legs!

Are you sure your JRT is not a Minature JRT?? I have a regular JRT and a minature JRT and there is a size difference by a couple/few inches. My minature has short legs and his front legs turns out as well but when I got him I knew he was a minature!!
