I have a 7 year old jack russel that I adopted.. I've had a younger jack Russell before. I was wondering does she need as much exercise or how much exercise are they happy with being 7 years old?

Congrats on your adoption! It depends on the energy level of your Jack. If you have time - a long walk during the weekdays - maybe anywhere from 30-60 minutes. And you can play fetch or hiking or whatever you like on the weekends. Make sure you have water on hand for him.
