Help Bandit

by Nicki

I adopted a JRT mix from the local shelter. My first mistake was that i didnt read about the breed prior to adopting. My second mistake was adopting from that shelter. Bandit was very aggressive to say the least and they presented him as a very good mild mannered dog. Anyway, his aggression is MUCH better with training. My issue is i work full time and cant find a dog walker in my area. I cannot give Bandit the exercise he needs therefore he destroys things during the day when i am gone. I dont want to give him back to the shelter but i am at my wits end! Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

My little Jack/chi. Did same thing, but was selective. He liked my leather couch that already micro tears from my lab who would climb into the couch. Wells needless to say the couch eventually got eaten and thrown out. Maybe, if he is destructive with multiple furniture, etc., you should CRATE him while you are gone.
