how can i get my jack russel puppy for TRUST me ?

Iv recentbourt myself a Jack Russel puppy she naw 9 weeks iv had her for 2 weeks, but she hides everytime i try and play with her, she seems like she scard of me, how can i get her to gane convidence in me.... Also what the best way to get her to walk on a lead, she only had one jab so far but the vets said i can take her around my garden to get her use to it, but she wont walk wher i go she has to go her own way and if i stop and dont go that way, she starts crying & yapping.... PLEASE HELP!
