How can I stop my 2yr old jr, Harriet from chewinf her back paws and bottom, which is making her fur red. It 's driving us mad

It sounds like it may be allergies. You could always get one of those dog cones that they put around a dog's neck after surgery. It prevents the dog from chewing anything on their body. And with that, apply topical cream to reduce the redness. Also, check for fleas or ticks.

I would speak to your vet about possible causes. He may prescribe a cream for you or look into an elimination diet to see what is causing the itchiness. If it's not any of the above things it could be a behavioral habit that has developed over time.
