How to stop my 4-5 month old Jack Russel from attacking our washing basket?

by Henry Raby
(York, Yorkshire, UK)

Our Jack Russsel has all the typical Jack Russel madness, but usually we can dirvert or contain or tell him off. But recently he attacks a big plastic blue washign backet in the kitchen, he barks at it like it's a intruder or monster then attacks and bites at it, even after a while when clearly it's not attacking or being hurt by him. Sam with our ironing board actually when we get it out. Anyway to show/train him that these bigger objects are not alive, harmful etc? Cheers.
