Itchy jack russell

What can I do to relieve my J.R. from constantly scratching herself ? To be more pacific her owner passed away last spring and she (JR. coco butt)missed out on her regular flea treatment and so on. Unfortunately by the time I got her she was bald from her shoulders back, along with some wart like sores on her body in various places, back, neck etc.

Myself I'm on disability and can't afford huge vet bills, So far I have treated her with "Neem oil" & antihistamine's & advantage for flea's in the summer. Living a block away from a beach it's especially bad for her here.
Can anyone recommend anything for extreme itching and wart like bumps ?

thank-u in advance for any suggestions offered

She may have some kind of allergy you need to get a grain free food Im on Disability myself and I have 3 dogs 2 Jacks and a Lab mix.I would suggest some Benadryl but ask your vet for the dosage I would even try to get some Salmon oil capsules I give mine them once a day and there coats are perfect they are not too expensive and they really work you can also give your Jack a bath in shampoo of Oatmeal and Aloe it is great too!I sure hope all this info helps you. Please feel free to email me directly at debwhite4@verizon.net and I would be happy to help you in anyway I can.

Thanks
Debbie
