my jack russel is 7 years old and her tale is small. So i want to know how big are their tales when 7.

I think their size of tail is proportionate to their height. So a smaller Jack Russell will have a smaller tail versus a larger Jack Russell will have a longer tail.
I wouldn't worry to much about his tail length, he really only needs it so that he can wag it to show that he's happy to see you :-)
