jack russell puppy wont go for a walk

my puppy has just had his last injection so he can go on walks but he wont move at all he will go in the back garden and play but when we put the lead on he wont move so can some one give me any tips

Have you tried bringing high interest treats with you. Hold one out and encourage your Jack to walk towards you and then reward her witha treat. Keep doing this and make her walk longer distances each time to get the treat. See if that helps.
