Dec 29, 2013 Rating Jack Russell not friendly to other dogs by: Dave Not sure of how old she is or what kind of background she has had. It sounds like she may have not been properly socialized at a young age. This often makes dogs aggressive. Have you tried an obedience class? It's a good way to be around other dogs in a secure environment while also working on commands that will help later on when other dogs are around (like "sit", "stay").
