JRT'S Hunting duck and geese

Hi , I have a JRT. I trained him to retreive a dokken duck. Everytime we go out to the ponds the first thing he does is dives right in and swims around. I put a neoprene lifejacket on him when he goes in. My question is does any one out there take there JRT hunting for geese and duck.
