Dec 09, 2013 Rating Jack Puppy with bumps on head by: Beatrice It could just be puppy acne. Are the bumps starting to scab or itch, are they tiny pimple like? If so, it could be a staff infection that requires some medication. It could also be fleas. I would keep an eye on it to make sure the bumps go away or if they spread. To remember where the bumps are, you could always paint on a little bit of nail polish on the bump. This is also helpful if you take your Jack into the vet so that you remember where the bump was located.
