It concerns me that your Jack is aggressive towards your Grandson. Some Jacks are not great with younger children (don't know how old your Grandson is). I would hate for your Grandson to hget hurt. Maybe when your Grandson comes to visit it might be a good idea to keep your Jack in his crate and have your Grandson in the room and they can slowly get to know each other that way. Make sure to praise your Jack when he is quiet. I would do that until your Jack is completely calm when your Grandson is around. Also, it might be a good idea to do some basic obedience training with him at school so he can socialize with lots of different people and dogs as well as work on basic commands so that he learns that he is not the alpha.
