I am a bit concerned about your Jack drawing blood, that is quite dangerous. Did you try the suggestion of the pet behaviorist? You could also try an obedience class so that you can become the alpha in this relationship. If you don't have the time or the money, sadly, I would think about rehoming your Jack. It doesn't sound like the best fit and I'm worried that things could get worse.

Paddy has bitten me hard again. So hard his incisive sank into my index finger. It bled a good bit & should heal. He felt provoked because he would not settle down or mind after continuing to play too aggressively, when I grabbed his mutton chop to get his attention. I crated him immediately, ignoring him the rest of the day..This is the second bloody bite he's done, and he often growls at me, for things like, j u st placing him down, after lap time.Someone suggested, he might need Prozac..I can't have him acting like this.. any ideas, suggestions??

It sounds like your Jack doesn't respect you as the alpha in the family. Have you thought about taking him to obedience school to help with him being able to follow commands from you? Also, make him wait to eat. Have the family eat first, then before you feed him, make him sit and wait, then feed him. When you take him outside, make sure you are the first one out the door. In conjunction with that, you might want to talk to a pet behaviorist to help you decrease the biting.
