i have a jack russell about 1 and 1/2 years old a now i also have a 10 week old jack. do i have anything to worry about my older jack hurting my newer jack

Two Jack Russells are better then one :-)

No, you don't have to worry about him hunting him. However, to have a smooth transition, make sure you are giving the older one lots of attention. When both are together, remember to pet the older one first, feed the older one first and let the older one go through doors first (though not ahead of you since you are the pack leader). Make sure each has their own resting place. I would supervise their interactions are first just in case.
