Jack Russell asthma
by: Brenda

Our Jack had some breathing issues secondary to asthma. From what I researched, a daily steroid seemed to be the best option. Make sure you are keeping your home smoke free and do lots of vacuuming do reduce pet dander/dust/mites because these things can all trigger an attack. Make sure your vet has checked for all other things like heart issues (because sometimes a cough can signal this). We give our dog honey off a spoon to help sooth the airwaves and yogurt on top of her food to increase good bacteria in her body.
