New brown spots on his back

Hi, My 8 month old English Jack is now getting very faint brown spots on his back. He is generally pure white witha brown patch on his head, face ears and butt. Just wondering why these new brown spots are appearing? He is also itching alot of the time. He is now taking a 1/2 teaspoon twice daily of ETF Vitamin, which is a marine oil, rosemary, etc. He is on a raw diet and eats Dr. Harvey's food and takes Healthy Shine pills.
