New teeth

Hi there, I have a 7 year old short legged jack Russell. He was playing with a toy and yelped. When I check his teeth he looks to have small back teeth that don't look like they've developed properly. Could that be the problem? I maybe just be a worried owner but I thought I'd see if anyone has had a similar problem.

Sometimes certain toys can hurt teeth. The toys can wear down enamel. I'm wondering if one of the teeth have damage not visible to the eyes. You might want to check with your vet to see.
