Obsessed with an automatic door

Hi,

My JRT is totally obsessed with an automatic door that is in our building. It is a door that you turn a key and it opens itself. Whenever we go past it he is completely crazy and tries to attack it. I've tried sitting with him and going through it 30-40 times and giving him chicken and praise but it does not seem to help. He is also the same with motorbikes.

Can anyone help suggest good training techniques to help me with this 2 year old JRT and his obsessions?
