Outside Kennel

What an excellent site and really pleased to have found it. In a couple of weeks we will be having a Jack Russell puppy and would like to make an outside kennel for her. We've done quite a lot of research but still can't get to know what would be the most appropriate size. We want two compartments with a removable divider so it would be suitable for all seasons; the divider acting as a wind break during cold weather. We were thinking of an overall size of 50cm by 70cm. Another problem is what size entrance/exit should we allow? Many thanks in advance for your advice. Pep
