Resistant to training

I just recently got my first jack Russell puppy ( she's actually 25% chihuahua 25% Yorkie & 50% JRT ) she's right around 3 months old & I got her before she reached 8 weeks. She had been doing so good at house training & listening to commands up until about 4-5 days ago... She has been crying nonstop, going to the bathroom inside, destroyed a pair of leather booties of mine & wants nothing to do with me unless I have treats or she wants to sleep. Is this normal behavior for a JRT her age? Do I just need to put her in her place type thing? I've had multiple dogs growing up ( all terriers ) but I've never had these issues... I feel terrible yelling at her constantly.... Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
