My year old snipped male jack russell litreally screams like hes being tortured when a motorbike goes by worse with mopeds then just barks non stop very embarrasing he gets exercise twice a day all weathers !!

It's called "Teaching your dog not to bark". It was very helpful for me when training my jack not to bark at our vacuum. In the youtube video, you will see the trainer deconditioning her dog to not be scared of her washing machine. Since your Jack is scared of motorbikes, I'm sure you could find that noise on youtube somewhere and use that to decondition him not to be scared and he will get a treat for not barking.
