Shaking Uncontrollably

Dear All,

Since he was a puppy, my Jack Russel, Renito, shakes uncontrollably.

It usually starts from his right leg, and makes the rest of his body vibrate softly.

I have asked several vets, but none so far have given me an answer.

I live in Lebanon (Middle East) where vets are not really trained to deal with anything past basic health care. I'm worried that if I neglect the shaking, I may be oblivious to a much bigger problem.

Please let me know if you may have any insightful information on this.
