Potty training a Jack NEW
by: Robert

If you are consistent Jacks can be trained fairly quickly. It's important to remember that young puppies don't have full bladder control and will need to be on a strict walking schedule. At 16 weeks a puppy can hold their bladder for roughly 4 hours (prior to that 2 hours). At 4-6 months puppies are usually mostly trained (with maybe a few accidents here or there).
Consistency is key with walking to prevent accidents and to increase your Jack's willingness to pee outside the house.
