I have been walking a Jack Russell Dog now for 7 years plus (he does not belong to me) but recently he has become very aggressive, showing his teeth and trying to bite me. He has never been this way with me before, although he can towards other dogs and some people. I shake a tin at him and he becomes submissive. I have never ever hurt him or been nasty to him - so am worried as to why this behaviour. His owner has just had surgery and has been home for 6 weeks which may have caused this but he is back at work now and had been for over two weeks but his behavour has stayed the same... help
