My 5 year old JR is a very well behaved and sweet dog (not a typical hunter, etc.) In the last couple years, if she is sleeping on your lap or near you and you move ANYTHING to pet her or just your hand, etc. she growls and shows her teeth. Could she have a nerve issues that are not constantly bothering her? She looks like she is remorseful when she does it, and moves her nose so you will pet her anyway. THanks for your input
